Your ticket guarantees access to our indoor facilities, with the outdoor area offered as a complimentary bonus when safe to use. Overplay UK reserves the right to keep the outdoor zone closed to maintain safety standards.

Please note: No refunds will be issued due to rain, as our Big Top keeps the adventure going in any weather. Our outside area is a bonus feature that can be enjoyed at no additional cost when open. Our staff we try to ensure that this area is open as often as possible but, to ensure the safety of all participants, overnight rain or heavy dew may keep the outdoor zone closed until the inflatables are safe for use.
